Terms of Use

By using PreyReach you agree to the rules below. We've kept them short and plain so you can actually read them.

1. What PreyReach is

PreyReach is an AI chat that turns your prompts into local-business lead lists, sourced live from Google Places. We're a tool — not a database broker. Every result you see is fetched at the moment you ask for it.

2. Your account

You need an account to run prompts. Keep your login details private — anything done from your account is your responsibility. One person per account; no sharing or reselling access.

3. Acceptable use

Use PreyReach for legitimate outbound, prospecting, and market research. Don't use it to:

  • Send spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
  • Scrape and resell our exports as a third-party data product.
  • Reverse-engineer the service or interfere with normal use.
  • Bypass rate limits, credit accounting, or any safety measure.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Credits & billing

PreyReach runs on credits. Free accounts get a monthly allowance; paid credits are bought in one-time packs and don't expire. Each credit ≈ one verified place returned. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.

5. Data sourced from Google

Place data — names, ratings, hours, websites, phone numbers — is fetched via Google Places. By using PreyReach you also agree to Google's Maps Platform Terms. You may use the data inside your business workflows; you may not redistribute the raw data as a stand-alone product.

6. Your content

You own what you write into PreyReach — prompts, list names, email drafts. You give us a limited license to process that content so we can run the service for you. We don't train models on your prompts.

7. No warranties

PreyReach is provided as-is. We do our best to surface accurate data, but Google's listings change constantly and AI output isn't perfect. Verify anything before you act on it.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PreyReach and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using (or being unable to use) the service. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top and email you about material changes.
