Include the account email, the page or tool you used, and the error message. Never include passwords, access tokens or API keys.

MCP connection help

Reconnect your PreyReach account if authorization expires. New searches may use credits; saved search results and saved leads can be read without starting another search. Contact support if your connection cannot access its own results.
